Inhabitants of Volgograd can receive services a cadastral assessment in MFTs

Till September 11 inhabitants of Volgograd can submit applications on preliminary results of a cadastral assessment, now it is possible to make it in multipurpose centers. In the region intermediate results of a new cadastral assessment are defined. Owners of rooms and land plots can study reporting documents on the objects and report about remarks if those are available, till September 11. New cadastral cost will come into force since January 1, 2021, and we will start paying tax on it only in 2022. Let's remind that cadastral cost is considered for fair charge by taxes. - ...
