To Belarus plan to expand powers of the government

The prime minister Belarus Roman Aleksandrovich Golovchenko signed the order about creation of the interdepartmental working group for preparation of offers on expansion of powers of the government and local authorities. The created group will have to analyse the legislation concerning the administrative-territorial device, names of administrative and territorial units, coordination of personnel appointments, establishments of number and structure of local executive and administrative organs, and also withdrawals and granting land plots, works with the state property.
