The unified plan is the main reference point, "road map" of achievement of the national purposes of developments. The Minister of economic development declared Russian Federation it Maxime Reshetnikov during strategic session on study of structure of a unified plan on achievement of the national purposes of developments for the period till 2024 and on planning period till 2030.
