Moscow will pass the thirteenth Cup of the mayor from August 27 to August 29 on the arena in "Park of legends", capital TSSKA ", Spartak" and "Dynamo", and also "Hero" situated near Moscow becomes participants of one of final tournaments of hockey inter-season period traditionally. Teams will play with each other on one match and will distribute places depending on quantity of the gathered points. The cup of the mayor is held since 2008. Six times the winner became "Dynamo" (2008, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2019), four times – TSSKA (2010, 2011, 2013 and 2017), twice – "Spartak" (2009, 2015).
