In Yekaterinburg local authorities will coordinate from now on all projects on improvement with expert community into which handicapped citizens enter, transfers OTR. Such need ripened long ago. On wheelchairs it is heavy to people to move on the city because of high borders. They asked administration to make long ago so-called zero understating, for example, at entrance to parks and squares.
