A ceremony of farewell to the former secretary general of the Central Committee of KPV of Le Kh Fyeu Vietnam took place today in Hanoi, the capital. According to the Vietnamese news agencies, the farewell ceremony took place in the State mourning hall in Hanoi. Vietnam Nguen Suan Fuk, the chairman of National assembly Tkhi Nguen Kim Ngan and other party and state heads the prime minister.
