In Arkhangelsk will restore the North Obelisk

Arkhangelsk, on August 11 - AIF-Arkhangelsk. Monument "the North Obelisk" will transfer from municipal to the regional possession. "It will allow already soon at the expense of means regional budgets to carry out restoration works", – the minister of the property relations explained Arkhangelsk Region Kovaleva Irina.
