Serbia allowed prisoners to communicate through "Skype" and "Viber"

Prisoners in ten penal institutions started using the Skype and <0> Viber programs, declared Ministry Republic Serbia justices, on August 10 reports the state portal Serbia. Reason for permission of communication by means of a network the Internet became the requirement rendering additional psychosocial support to prisoners during a pandemic Koronavirus.
