The thought adopted the law on ensuring fertility of farmlands in the region territory

The second reading the document passed today, at the 43rd meeting Belgorod region region duma. The adopted law governs the relations connected with establishment of legal and organizational bases of ensuring reproduction of fertility of lands of agricultural purpose for owners, owners, users and tenants. Thus, action of the regulatory legal act does not extend on land plots on which citizens conduct personal subsidiary farm or are engaged in gardening, truck farming and animal husbandry.
