In Krasnoyarsk Territory after long heavy rains high waters began - especially difficult situation is observed in Mansky district, Kuragino district and Partizansky rayon. The rivers there flood banks. The day before because of a large amount of a precipitation there was a partial flooding of settlements Kolbinsky and Mina. The part of injured people, whose sites and houses appeared under water, evacuated in points of temporary placement.
