Belarus does not recognize a debt for gas in front of Russian Federation

In Ministry energetiki Respubliki Belarus declared that the country has no debt to PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GAZPROM" for import of natural gas, but there are disagreements because of determination of cost of fuel "taking into account its caloric content".
