Governor's elections: Irkutsk history

According to the current legislation, Regionalny parlament has to appoint elections of the governor Irkutsk Region not earlier than for 100, and no later than in 90 days prior to the voting day. If to consider that Uniform voting day this year is Sunday, September 13, official purpose of elections has to take place at session of Legislative assembly during the period from June 5 to June 15.
