Specialized establishment United Nations concerning education, sciences and cultures gave the status of "the creative cities" to 15 cities from EU — all of them thus joined the Network of the creative cities. New European members of this network are in 10 countries: on two cities Italy (Bergamo and Biyella), Portugal (Caldas da Rainha and Leyriya), Germany (Potsdam and Karlsruhe) and Spain (Province of Valladolid and Lliriya) was noted to France (Angul and Metz); on one — to Finland (Kuhmo), Hungary (County of Veszprem), Denmark (Viborg), Estonia (Viljandi) and Poland (Wroclaw).
