NRD predicts the double growth of a demand of service of electronic vote of E-voting

Services of electronic vote will come to replacement of personal participation in meetings of shareholders in 2020. The tendency will be provided by editings in the law and the epidemiological situation caused by the virus Koronavirus. Russian law provided to the Russian issuers opportunity to refuse joint presence of shareholders in 2020 according to the decision of board of directors (Supervisory board) and to hold general meetings of shareholders only in the form of absentee voting.
