Volkov Maxime: completely I share opinion of the colleagues

Communist Party of the Russian Federation in Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod region did not support the Law Russian Federation about the amendment to Constitution of the Russian Federation "About improvement of regulation of single questions of the organization and functioning of the public power", arrived on consideration in Legislative Assembly from State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Also Communist Party of the Russian Federation in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in full strength voted against the amendment of the deputy Tereshkova. The earth and its subsoil have to belong to the people and the population has to have worthy part from the income from use of natural resources...
