To Stavropol Territory passed competitions in the volleyball, the devoted memories of the militiaman

In Novopavlovsk passed the 19th Cup of department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation through the Kirov city district on volleyball. Competitions were devoted to memory of the first chief DEPARTMENT OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS KIROVSKY RAION - the militia lieutenant colonel Rubanov Vladimir. Competitions are held since 2002 for the purpose of promotion of a healthy lifestyle and volleyball promoting.
