New strategy of developments Ivanovo: 23 free developers

Administration of Ivanovo will develop strategy of social and economic developments the regional center till 2030. The previous strategy modified in 2015, probably, completely sank into oblivion – about its realization of anything anywhere is not reported though the document can be read here.
