The prime minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin appointed Igor Zadvornov the head of Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia — the plenipotentiary of the Russian President Yury Trutnev in the Far East federal district. The relevant decree of January 22 is published on the official site of the government.
