Prosecutor's office won claim against Administration of the Birilyussky district

A subject of judicial proceedings between prosecutor's office and Administration of the Birilyussky district became ownerless water supply systems. During check activity works of local government became clear that sites of a network of the water supply, the villages of Novobirilyussa located on 38 streets, with a general extent more than 21 kilometer, do not consist neither on balance of administration, nor on balance of other local organizations.
