From January 16 to January 18 in Omsk passed the cycling championship on a track for athletes with sight violation. Their participants became nearly 30 bicycle racers representing Omsk Region, Tula Region, Sverdlovsk Region and Samara Region, Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Krasnoyarsk Territory and Zabaykalsky Territory, Udmurt Republic.
