Problems of the Arctic business community discussed in Saint Petersburg

Arctic is the unique region to which all-market Russian standards are hardly applicable. In particular it concerns developments and supports small businesses on Far North. Participants of the first meeting of debatable club which was held by Information and analysis center of Design office of developments Arctic in Saint Petersburg together with Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry Northwestern Federal District came to such conclusion.
