In Ministry of Transport developed the textbook of methodics which is emotionally discussed some weeks by driver's community. Drivers were shocked by one of offers - to forbid overtaking on direct sites of roads. Ministerial officials had a good purpose: to reduce number of accidents on potentially emergency sites of roads.
