The typhoon Hagibis (that in translation from the Tagalog language means "speed") comes nearer to Japan. According to forecasts, it will fall upon Japanese islands on Saturday. It is expected that the typhoon will bring to Tokyo the rains strongest for the last 60 years. Many territories in central and east Japan, including Kanto's Region of Kanto where there is Tokyo, are threatened a strong wind to 70 m/s, by high waves and record level of a precipitation because of what the risk of floods and landslides increases...
