The mortgage did not meet expectations

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and the Ministry of Finance prepare the draft of the report for Vladimir Putin about need of correction of indicators of the "Housing and Urban Environment" national project — regarding mortgage lending. Because of increase of a key rate Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) at the end of last year and surge in inflation at the beginning of it the average rate on a mortgage in the first half of the 2019th reached 10,56%.
