BASF concern (Germany) directed the cassation complaint in the Supreme court on decisions of two inferior courts which actually threatened existence of one of plants of companies to Russian Federation, reports RCC with reference to daily business newspaper "Vedomosti". "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" BASF and <0> joint venture (enters into TAIF group) "Elastokam" Promet group (belongs Petrova Eugenia) accuses of delivery low-quality production.
