Almost at once after East economic forum in Primorsky Territory will pass one more large-scale event — the International film festival "Meridians Silent". It became known who will arrive to the region within cultural action, reports Russian information agency "Vostok-Media". In the film festival press service "Meridians Silent" told about guests who will visit Vladivostok within a festival.
