Riddles of the Russian offshore: session about special administrative regions on VEF took place without residents

Passed year as to Russian Federation the special administrative regions (SAR) were created. Process of a so-called redomitsilyation (registration of companies in SAR and its returns to domestic jurisdiction) passed already 12 companies. At VEF session "Special administrative regions: a year later" none of representatives of residents did not appear.
