Espionage equipment disconnect from a life

State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the second reading excluded consumer household appliances and electronics from under action of the bill of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation about espionage equipment for which illicit trafficking criminal liability is provided. It will reduce risks for consumers and producers of electronics and software, participants of the market are glad. But lawyers do not exclude that danger of criminal prosecution can remain because of not clear formulations...
