Far East storks returned to live to South Korea

The Russian delegation took part in the World week of a biodiversity in South Korea. The Russian-Korean cooperation on reintroduction of a Far East stork was crowned with success: more than 40 birds are already set free on the Korean peninsula. The main event of the World week of a biodiversity in South Korea became meeting on preservation of rare species in the specialized Center of reintroduction opened in 2018 in the district Yongyang, most "sparsely populated" — only 70 people on 1 square kilometer in comparison with the 515th on the average across South Korea...
