The Ukrainian mass media published the draft of the decree Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky about early dissolution of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. In the document which is dated on May 20, it is said that lack of the parliamentary coalition becomes the basis for dissolution.
