Courts Anatoly Motylev do not want to arrest property of the banker

On May 14, 2019 it became known that Federal arbitration court of the Moscow area rejected complaint Group of companies "Insurance agency vkladov" which challenged refusal to arrest property of the former owner of JSC JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK "the Russian Credit" (the license is withdrawn on July 24, 2015) Anatoly Motylev for the sum of 3,9 billion rubles. The relevant decisions earlier made Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow and Ninth arbitration appeal court. Also courts, including cassation instance, refused to arrest property of other ex-heads "the Russian Credits"...
