Eight higher education institutions Russian Federation and Spain founded Alliance for implementation of joint projects

The agreement on creation of Alliance of the Russian and Spanish universities was signed in Embassy Kingdoms of Spain in of the Russian Federation within the Moscow international salon of education. Into Alliance will enter eight higher education institutions, on four from each country.
