Branch Vgtrk "State TV AND Radio Broadcasting Company "Vladivostok" is continued order taking for the 14th international telefestival of sea documentary "By the person and the sea — 2018". This year the main television event in Primorsky Territory will take place from June 5 to June 7. Annually the Person and Sea telefestival collects in Vladivostok the best examples of sea documentary as for carrying out competitions, and for broad film screening of works on telefestival platforms.
