ZhK "Islands": deputy trace in the history of unfinished construction

In Aviastroitelny rayon since 2015 ZhK "Islands" is under construction. Structures of the deputy of Kazgorduma Emile Khusnutdinov leased buildings more than with an annual delay and excess of the declared quadrature, forcing people to pay extra. Now they undertook construction of the last, fourth house of a complex. The housing estate of "Island" already appeared in the scandal center. Construction started at the beginning of 2015, initially the project included 7 houses and 2 multilevel parkings. In September, 2015 from it there were only 5 houses and 1 parking, but the number of apartments grew...
