On Sunday, November 18, on a central square Vladivostok was developed celebration of birthday of Father Frost. To Russian Federation birthday of one of favourite children's fantastic heroes started celebrating rather recently, since 2005. And such large-scale holiday passed in Vladivostok for the first time.
