In six months 2018 to Serbia was sold 48 000 real estate objects for total amount 1,6 billion euro, transfers Kurir . In Belgrade it was sold to real estate on 830 million euros, and in the second-large city of the country Novi Sad – on 185 million euros.
In comparison with last year the number of sales increased for 15% and most of all transactions was made in capital Belgrade.
Grew as well the prices – now objects are on sale 23% more expensively, than it was last year. The average cost of one sq.m of the apartment to Serbia now makes 960 euros, and in 2014 this indicator made 880 euros.
withNevertheless, the cost of apartments to Serbia rather strongly differ: from 300 euros for sq.m over the country in the secondary market and to 1700 euros for sq.m in new buildings of expensive districts of Belgrade (Savsky Venats, the Old city, Vrachar and New Belgrade).
In Belgrade real estate cost in new buildings of areas New Belgrade and Cukarica grew by 8%, and around Palilul decreased by 10%.
