the First deputy chairman of committee of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on the state construction and the legislation Mikhail Yemelyanov ("A Just Russia" Party) supported the initiative of Ministry of Labor about introduction of penalties for officials of the Pension fund (RPF) and SOCIAL INSURANCE FUND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (Social Insurance Funds) because of which disabled people cannot receive in time state services put by it or drugs. He reported about it to Agency of city news "Moscow".
"It is the correct initiative. Disabled people who face such problem often address to me. Officials very negligently treat the duties in this part", - Mikhail Yemelyanov explained.
thus it noted that introduction of penalties will allow "to stir up" the staff of the relevant institutions.
"Such negligent behavior becomes norm. It is necessary to stir up officials of the Pension fund and SOCIAL INSURANCE FUND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION and to show that so it is impossible to behave. It would be quite good to enter the corresponding penalties. I support this offer", - Mikhail Yemelyanov summed up.
As were reported earlier by daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya", Ministry of Labor developed changes in the Code about administrative violations. Amendments provide introduction of penalties for officials of the Pension fund and SOCIAL INSURANCE FUND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION because of whom disabled people cannot receive in time the drugs put by it or state services. It is for this purpose offered to establish punishment for the untimely or distorted providing data on the person in the Federal register of disabled people which is used when providing state services to citizens with limited opportunities. Guilty collecting at the rate from 10 thousand to 30 thousand rubles
