Stable dividend politicians does the Russian actions more interesting to investors, promotes attraction of bigger number long-term, instead of speculative investors", - he added.
the Federal budget this year, according to the law on it, has to receive in the form of dividends of state companies of 250,7 billion rubles.
Earlier newspaper "Kommersant" reportedthat the economic block of the government has to agree on offers on "improvement dividend policies" infrastructure monopolies taking into account "unconditional financial security" their investment programs.
