Such measures, according to Government of the Novosibirsk region, have to reduce risks of emergence of unfinished constructions.
MINISTRY CONSTRUCTIONS NOVOSIBIRSK REGION continues systematic work on the solution of problems of unfinished constructions in the region, reported in the press service of Government of the Novosibirsk region.
"On all problem objects the ministry together with municipalities developed "road maps", and to citizens in a daily mode algorithms of completion of building of such objects" are led up, – the deputy minister of construction told Novosibirsk Region to Aleksey Nikolaevich Kolmakov .
So, from the second quarter of the current year experts Regionalny Minstroy together with prosecutor's office carry out inspections of objects housing constructions on which there are signs of delay of rates of works.
"These preventive measures are directed tonoted in Government of the Novosibirsk region.
For the last two months inspected some construction objects Dzerzhinsky rayon and Oktyabrsky district, citizens under construction with individual share.
According to the ministry statement, also there is a continuous work on informing of builders and citizens about a situation on objects, issues on completion of construction of houses are resolved.
"During the period in the ministry held from August 21 to August 23, 2018 working meetings on questions of completion of building of problem objects on st. Ivleva, 160, st. of Pechatniki, 12. Meeting of the working group on completion of construction of houses on Volkhovskaya St. took place. The working meeting on questions of decrease in social tension round completion of building of problem object on Svyazistov St., 13/1" is held, – told in the press service.
Besides, will shortly carry out two working groups on end of a housing estate down the street Tula, 80, 82 and a house down the street by Zyryanovska.
