On the second floor some studios will open: choreographic, theatrical, choral, folklore. The recreation center will be available to all, there will establish both ramps, and the capacious elevator. The total area of the building — 1941 sq.m. Commissioning is planned for December, 2018.

Businessmen are engaged in hay preparation. 250 tons of hay are already ready.
in recent years Kochetygova actively develop a goose farm. Now 3,5 thousand uterine livestock are. There are two incubators, each of which contains 1,5 thousand goose eggs. The mill for grain processing — receiving a flour and compound feed is acquired. The farmer plans to establish soon modern lethal shop and processing equipment to adjust release not only fresh meat, but also tinned production — a stewed meat.
