Predsedatel of the organization Raissa Lukuttsova confirmed information agency "RIA Novosti" that the head office of RKK still receives financing from the international committee and continues to interact with it. The representative of the organization noted that now there is a reduction of some programs, but it is "internal, current affairs" and does not mean the termination of the relations.

according to the chairman of the organization, the commission from office of the international federation of the Red Cross came recently to Kemerovo for evaluation of the work of RKK. Raissa Lukuttsova told that experts of the commission "came to a conclusion that help is given correctly, professionally, with the correct expense monetary means".
Before independent online newspaper "ZNAK.COM" with reference to a source in RKK reported that the International Committee of the Red Cross suspended cooperation with head office RKK (RKK) and will interact directly with regional offices.
