"The auction already took placein four municipalities . In nine municipalities it is planned to hold auctions until the end of August, and in seven – in the first of September. I pay attention of heads that all managed to finish prior to the beginning of a heating season these procedures", – the deputy minister of construction and Household management company Kaliningrad Region Ludmila Piltikhina declared .
