So, one of priority tasks by preparation for autumn winter period is timely carrying out auctions on purchase firm fuel.
"The auction already took placein four municipalities . In nine municipalities it is planned to hold auctions until the end of August, and in seven – in the first of September. I pay attention of heads that all managed to finish these procedures prior to the beginning of a heating season. Competitions have to be held without fail so that the 45-day stock of fuel" was created, – Ludmila Piltikhina emphasized.
Also noted need of repayment by municipalities of debts for fuel and energy resources which now makes 316 million rubles. From them for coal – 144 million.
the Governor Anton Alikhanov emphasized that the matter will be separately discussed with heads.
"This year we help municipalities not less, than with the past, and even even more effectively because money are led up in the first half of year. Thereby municipal educations have opportunity not to accumulate debts. In the fall we still will have amendments to the regional budget this year. We will traditionally give financial help. Besides, auctions need to be carried out now that there were no situations with deficiency of fuel", – the head of the region specified.
"Also from next week we begin exit checks in municipalities to look at the actual situation, connected with preparation for a heating season. This year we go the accelerated rates. Indicators are slightly higher than the last year's. So, for August 7 the housing facilities are prepared for 73%, boiler rooms – 67%, heating systems – 79%, water supply system networks – 91%", – the deputy minister of construction and Household management company summed up Kaliningrad Region.
