Herman Elvire brought to Belarus the first gold in the championship Europe on track and field athletics which takes place in Berlin. In the run final on 100 m with barriers 21-year-old Herman Elvire showed to

time of 12,67 seconds and for 0,5 seconds outstripped the eminent competitor Dutkevich Pamela from Germany (12,72) which became the silver medallist. Bronze at other titled opponent of the German Roleder Cindy (12,77).
