Chapter of Ministry Republic defenses Ecuador Osvaldo Kharin announced opening of the center for cooperation with United States of America in the field of safety.
Kharin noted that it is a question of representation for exchange of information where profile experts from United States of America will work.
"The representation on cooperation does not mean emergence of military base in the country as creation of foreign military bases and establishments with the military purposes" is forbidden to Art. 5 of the Constitution — gives information agency "RIA Novosti" the message of defensive department Ecuador.
