Additional measures of the state support the deceived shareholders will receive Nizhny Novgorod Region. The corresponding innovations were supported by deputies of Altai regional Legislative Assembly at meeting on July 26, the press service of the governor and the government transfer.
According to the accepted changes in the law, injured participants of share construction will have the right for two types of support. The first assumes allocation of sites under problem houses to legal entities who will assume obligations for their completion. The second measure concerns granting the earth to investors on a competitive basis. The builder who will receive such site, will not pay for rent, and instead undertakes to provide apartments to the deceived shareholders.
As the minister of construction noted Nizhny Novgorod Region Aleksey Syrov, thus more than 1500 victims of shareholders are planned to solve a problem.
"First of all it will concern the houses which construction was begun LLC "KVARTSTROY-NN", and will allow to compensate expenses of the potential new builder" — told Aleksey Syrov.
