Regional election committee opened details of "the municipal filter"
As already Provladimir reported, in the evening on July 25 six candidates in governors Vladimir Region handed over the signatures of city and regional deputies necessary for passing of the municipal filter. Now the election commission of the region needs to study them, to make sure of authenticity of autographs and their necessary quantity then will make the decision on final registration of candidates.
On a regional election committee site lists of the subscribed deputies already appeared . From the Vladimir City Council 17 people's deputies participated in the municipal filter. It is most – five – Maxime Shevchenko subscribed for the candidate from Communist Party of the Russian Federation, it is most less – one – for the candidate from "United Russia" Party Svetlana Orlova.
Svetlana Orlova handed overSvetlana Orlova. It is a record in present pre-election race. From Sipyagin Vladimir the autograph for Svetlana Orlova was put by the United Russia party member, the vice-president of the City Council Larissa Pyshonina.
Maxime Shevchenko , contrary to hearings, provided signatures nardepov from 18 municipalities. In the regional center he was supported by deputies from Communist Party of the Russian Federation Ludmila Bundina, Shamil Khabibullin, Boris Kirillovich Overchuk, Dimitri Fedorovich Khlashchev and the leader of regional office of "Apple" Dimitri Kushpita. Also in lists Maxime Shevchenko appear the ex-head of Kameshkovo district Butryakov Dimitri and the unaccomplished candidate in governors Leontyev Alexander who became the applicant in senators from Gusev Maxime . Besides, autographs for the competitor Svetlana Orlova put at once five deputies of Kirzhachsky regional council upon whom pressure in connection with construction of the garbage range in Filippovskom was put.
Sipyagin Vladimir (Liberal Democratic Party of Russia) collected signatures of deputies from 16 municipalities. From Sipyagin Vladimir in its support acted the member of the same party Puzanov Valery and Chizhov Dimitri ("United Russia" Party). Why another "Zhirinovsky's falcon" Artem Soldatov did not support Sipyagin Vladimir, it is not known.
Biryukov Sergei from "A Just Russia" Party were supported by people's deputies from 18 cities and areas. Including from Sipyagin Vladimir – the Social Revolutionary Gusev Maxime and two United Russia party members: Golenkevich Nicholas and Vasilii Nikolaevich Pertsov.
If representatives of parliamentary parties have any influence, popularity and a certain resource to agree with deputies, passing of the municipal filter by the remained two applicants for a governor's post causes many questions. However, the structure of signers, or rather their party accessory speaks for itself.
Ivan Altukhov presented (CPSU) toAltukhov Yvan for it autographs put three United Russia party members – Svetlana Denisyuk, Nicholas Pitirimov and Svetlana Pozdnyakova.
"Patriot of Russia", Nodovets Glumov Sergei also provided signatures from 17 municipalities, and most of all him supported in Melenki district. And from the Vladimir City Council of the signature United Russia party members Oleg Kashitsyn, Kuznetsov Pawel and Leonid Fomenko put.
