So, compounds of nitrogen were found in the drinking ultrapasteurized milk, made on Open joint-stock company "Minsky dairy plant No. 1", "Danon Pruzhana", GP "Dairy Gift", Salihorsk Slutsky Syrodelny Combine branch of JSC. Besides, nitrates revealed in the drinking sterilized milk Narochansky branch of JSC "Molodechnensky Dairy Combine" and in the pasteurized milk the NAVEL "Orshansky dairy combine".

Existence in milk and dairy products such nitrates as nitrate of potassium (E251) and nitrate of sodium (E250), are inadmissible. Earlier, on June 6, Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance imposed a ban on import to Russian Federation milks and the cream pasteurized, sterilized and ultrapasteurized in bulk, dry milks and the cream concentrated, preserved and condensed, the dairy bulk serum concentrated and dry, and also a serumal concentrate and milk protein in container more than 2,5 liters.
