Glava the states were signed by the Decree about measures for further improvement of system of public administration of Kazakhstan, the press service Akorda reports.
According to subparagraph 3) articles 44 of the Constitution of Kazakhstan I DECIDE:
1. To rename Ministry for religions and civil association Республики Казахстан into the Ministry of public developments Kazakhstan (further – the Ministry).
2. To transfer to the Ministry functions and powers of the Ministry of Culture and sports of Kazakhstan on realization of a state policy in the sphere of a public consent.
3. to provide to Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1) redistribution of regular number of the above government bodies;
2) acceptance of other measures for implementation of the present Decree.
4. To bring in the Decree President of Republic of Kazakhstan of January 22, 1999 No. 6 "About structure of Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change:
in punkte1:
a line "Ministry for religions and civil association Республики Казахстан" to statein the following edition:
"Ministry of public developments Kazakhstan".
5. behind performance of the present Decree to assign Control to Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. The present Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
