on June 20, 2018 group of companies "Pilotless systems" (Izhevsk) tested Air UAVs "Supercam-350" on lands of forest fund Zabaykalsky Territory. On testing there were authorities Zabaykalsky Territory, PUBLIC INSTITUTION "ADMINISTRATION OFFICE LESNICHESTVAMI ZABAYKALSKOGO KRAYA", the director of regional Cadastral chamber Kornev Alexander.
Use of Air UAVs Supercam will allow to correct resstrovy errors in data on finding of borders of the land plots. Air UAVs optimum is suitable "Supercam-350" for objectives as on range, and flight duration.
Tactical technical characteristics of the UAV allow to increase flight time till four o'clock, the speed of flight will make from 65 to 120 km/h. the working height of flight is from 50 to 4500 meters. It can be started from any platform of 100 by 100 meters in size, it can fly at a moderate wind, at a temperature from - 50 to %2B 50 degrees, both to a rain, and to snowfall.

Now about 2,5 million land plots in EGRN have crossings, that is register mistakes in data on location of borders. About 29 million sites and 36 million buildings, constructions, objects of incomplete construction have no the borders established according to requirements of the legislation.
byby means of stereomodels 86% of characteristic points of borders of the land plots and 76% of contours of real estate objects with good visibility and an accurate contour can be distinguished. According to orthophotomaps – only 41% and 32% respectively".
the Method with use of stereomodels considerably saves finance and time in comparison with the geodetic method meaning carrying out large volume of works with an exit to the district. Thus as basic data results of air photography from piloted or Air UAVs are used (UAV). UAVs do not need special platforms for take off and landing, give high specification of pictures and allow to carry out shooting quickly.
Results of experimental works showed that the stereofotogrammetrichesky method completely meets requirements of the current legislation and in cameral conditions provides determination of coordinates to 90% of characteristic points of real estate. Thus field works on a dobor of characteristic points geodetic methods can be minimized. Now the similar ekperiment was carried out and in Zabaykalsky Territory.
Determination of location of borders with use of stereomodels will allow to guarantee tothe rights of citizens, to reduce risks of maintaining businesses, to increase effective management of land resources, to fill regional budgets with taxes.
